The Structurer is a seasoned professional responsible for pricing and developing innovative financial products for investors. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial structuring and the ability to analyze complex scenarios impacting risk and profit and loss. The Structurer will work closely with various teams, including sales and control functions, to ensure governance and compliance. This position also involves coaching new recruits and influencing decisions within the team.

• 5-8 years of structuring experience from a financial institution
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Hold a key role including pricing and developing innovative financial products for investors
• Conduct payoff risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade scenario analysis
• Perform customized back tests and client portfolio analysis
• Participate in the pre-trade and post-sales effort, closely working with dedicated institutional sales
• Contribute to the development of new products and payoffs
• Prepare marketing presentations and participate in client meetings
• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance
• Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance, and ethics
• Assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions
• Adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and ensure team compliance with policies and procedures
• Obtain and maintain all required registrations and licenses for the role
