The Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions within the Wholesale Lending Technology team. This role involves partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business and regulatory reporting needs. The individual will oversee the implementation of data-driven technical solutions and ensure alignment with Loan IQ architecture strategy. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for guiding and influencing stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Loan IQ analysis and implementations.
- Deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ, its data model, database schema, APIs, and SDK capabilities.
- Demonstrated influencing, presentation, facilitation, and partnering skills.
- Previous experience with AI tools utilization and agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver business requirements in partnership with the Product Owner Team.
- Lead the definition and ongoing management of architecture for Loan IQ and its ancillary workflow applications.
- Establish a governance process to oversee implementation activities.
- Write database queries in SQL against the Loan IQ database to extract and query data.
- Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
