• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in BMC Firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms.
• Domain expertise in BMC-BIOS communication, thermal management, and firmware security.
• Strong programming and scripting skills using C/C++, Bash, Python, and Go.
• Understanding of REST architecture style, especially JSON over HTTPs with OAuth.

• Design and implement OpenBMC Firmware for GPU Server platforms.

• Design solutions for errors, stats, and configuration for enterprise readiness.
• Develop performance optimized active monitoring BMC solutions using DMTF Standards.
