The candidate will coordinate across various engineering disciplines to meet technical, schedule, and budgetary requirements. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The team is dedicated to ensuring high lithography yields and cost-effective manufacturing in the semiconductor industry.

• Doctorate or 2 years of work experience, Master's degree or 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor's degree or 5 years of work experience.
• Strong background in engineering or physical sciences.
• Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in optics, opto-mechanics, and motion control systems.
• Experience with lasers, illumination systems, and CCD/CMOS cameras is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to escalations.

• Help develop requirement specifications and test plans.
• Work with functional groups to define and review designs.
• Participate in prototype integration and testing of assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
• Create and execute test plans and perform analysis to validate system performance.
• Create and document calibration, manufacturing, and service procedures.
• Troubleshoot system and subsystem issues and collaborate with various teams to implement solutions.
• Support internal and external customers in optimizing tool performance.
