Job description

The role involves designing and developing new features for KLA handler systems while ensuring system performance aligns with customer needs. The team focuses on innovation and problem-solving within the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. Candidates will collaborate with product and program managers to meet project milestones and provide engineering support for system installations. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional or academic experience with semiconductor equipment, automation, or robotics is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the division and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for KLA handler systems.
  • Characterize system performance based on customer needs.
  • Define, document, and maintain system requirements to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to qualify systems and validate functionality.
  • Perform detailed system root cause analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide engineering support for new system installations and customer escalations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to ensure project milestones are met.
