Job description
The role is focused on developing scalable distributed systems and large-scale data processing applications within KLA's Global Products Group. The team is dedicated to creating metrology and inspection products that enhance semiconductor manufacturing processes. Candidates will work alongside engineers and scientists to tackle complex challenges in the semiconductor industry. This position requires a strong foundation in software development and a passion for innovation in technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ software development using object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience developing applications on Linux-based operating systems.
- Experience with performance analysis, profiling, and optimization of high-performance software applications.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable distributed systems and large-scale data processing applications.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of high-performance software applications.
- Support mission-critical production software and address complex customer-driven technical issues.
