• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing test engineering or related automation roles
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
• Proficiency in LabVIEW for instrument control and test sequencing
• Proficiency in NI TestStand for test sequence development
• Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development for complex electro-mechanical systems
• Experience with hardware communication protocols including UART, SPI, and I2C
• Working knowledge of electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and digital multimeters
• Understanding of test engineering fundamentals such as measurement uncertainty and statistical process control
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and PCB layouts

• Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing test software using Python, LabVIEW, and NI TestStand
• Develop and integrate test sequences in NI TestStand for production-level testing
• Create and maintain custom test fixture designs and wiring harnesses for DUT connectivity
• Develop instrument control drivers and DUT communication APIs using Python or LabVIEW
• Partner with product design teams to define Design for Testability requirements
• Analyze test data and drive yield improvements using statistical methodologies
• Debug and troubleshoot complex test failures across software and hardware interfaces
• Document test procedures, specifications, and software design documents
• Propose design changes to enhance product manufacturability and testability
• Aide End of Line test stations at local contract manufacturers
