Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or the development of consumer electronics.
- Experience in metrology, standard manufacturing quality control practices, and process/manufacturing engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with mechanical enclosures, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or high-volume quality/manufacturing engineering.
- Strong English communication skills and creative problem-solving experience.
- Project management experience and knowledge of problem-solving and process development tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive quality and engineering readiness for new products, modules, and components.
- Partner with design, supply chain, and OEM/supplier teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Develop process quality plans and lead supplier quality audits.
- Drive corrective actions and failure analysis efforts.
- Utilize tools such as Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical tools.
