• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

• Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions.
• Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously.
• Serve as a technical expert to design teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems.
