Job description

The Strategy and Operations Senior Manager for Learning and Architecture at Google will lead the Learning Innovation and Architecture team within the Global Business Organization Education. This role focuses on integrating learning, technology, and AI to define modern learning frameworks and establish effective learning ecosystems. The manager will oversee a specialized team that pilots innovative learning tools and develops strategies to measure learner proficiency linked to business outcomes. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business strategy, learning and development, product/sales operations, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management or directly managing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the AI-driven roadmap for emerging learning trends and collaborate with vendors and engineers.
  • Drive content management, maintenance, and discovery strategies for learning platforms.
  • Establish the proficiency measurement framework and accreditation ecosystem for GBO.
  • Serve as the point of contact between learning teams and technical teams, translating needs into clear documents.
  • Organize alignment working sessions and design initiatives to support team morale and collaboration.
