This role involves creating comprehensive test strategies and integrating measurement systems to support new product introductions and mass production. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop test methodologies and instrumentation in a fast-paced environment. A strong foundation in test integration and implementation is essential for success in this position.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant industry experience in a hands-on technical role.
• 3+ years of experience in a programming language like C/C++ or Python.
• Experience in creating and documenting comprehensive test plans and developing validation methodologies for complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with electronics debugging tools.
• Ability to read schematics, layouts, and component datasheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
