The Process Engineer will join the North America Tech Deploy team, focusing on optimizing deployment processes and ensuring the successful installation of fulfillment center technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in technology deployments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize data-driven approaches to address operational challenges. The team is dedicated to establishing standardized processes and continuous improvement across technology deployments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Operations Research, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or operational excellence within a manufacturing, logistics, or technology deployment environment
• Experience with value stream mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics development to measure process performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Develop, document, and maintain standard work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation for technology installations and deployments
• Analyze deployment data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement
• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve deployment cycle times
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on deployment standards and best practices
• Conduct site visits to observe installations, gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, and validate process adherence
• Drive lessons learned processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented across the network
• Manage escalations related to process deviations and coordinate resolution with stakeholder teams
