• Proficient working with ARP-4761/4754, ISO26262, MIL-STD-882B, or similar system safety processes
• 8+ years of professional complex systems development experience
• Knowledgeable in statistical analysis and reliability engineering fundamentals

• Own the completion of safety analyses and derive design safety requirements across all systems at Prime Air
• Help define the future of safety assessment processes and methodologies for drone aerial systems
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate design safety directly into the system development process
