• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles.

• Drive innovative improvements to physical processing and material handling solutions using technology and data analytics.
• Inspire design decisions by analyzing key operational and financial metrics.
• Coordinate with technology product management and systems engineering teams to develop next-gen product features.
• Manage relationships with global leaders, partners, and customers for effective systems design and integration.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
