• 4+ years of experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in capital project management involving ownership of engineering design projects.

• Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively communicating with business partners.
• Develop, monitor, and innovate cost-effective solutions for sortation and distribution systems.
• Travel 50 - 70% of the time to various project sites.
