• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
• 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle

• Design and deliver features and systems within On-Instance Software.
• Drive the agent unification work to enable feature parity across Windows and Linux.
• Design and implement on-instance identity, security, and governance for shared desktops.
• Own the operation of low-latency, high-availability provisioning and agent services.
• Ensure services meet stringent SLAs across multiple production regions and OS variants.
• Drive engineering excellence through instrumentation, automated testing, and deployment.
• Raise the bar on customer self-service for operating-system breadth and reliable provisioning.
