Requirements

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively in a production environment.
- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities
- Support CNC machining operations to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production output.
- Analyze performance metrics such as OEE and cycle times to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and production interruptions to minimize downtime.
- Optimize tooling strategies, tool life, and cutting data to improve cost and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive operational excellence.
- Lead or support structured problem-solving initiatives to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including machine guarding and QMS requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including NPI and process enhancements.
