The role is part of the Decision Systems Experimentation Platform team, which focuses on building a global experimentation platform for DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt. The candidate will work closely with data scientists to identify gaps in current experimentation practices and help establish methodologies, tooling, and standards. This foundational position offers the opportunity to influence the future of experimentation across multiple brands. The role is based in New York and involves occasional travel.

• You have 6+ years of experience in data science and experimentation.
• You have experience thinking about experimentation at a programme level.
• You have solid technical grounding in experimentation methodology.
• You are comfortable working as an individual contributor while managing stakeholders.

• Design the statistical methods that encourage experimentation best practices.
• Work with leadership to define the vision for experimentation.
• Set the standards that experimenters across three brands rely on.
• Partner directly with engineering to help build the experimentation platform.
• Help decide where AI belongs in the experimentation process.
