AMD is seeking a Silicon Design Engineer to contribute to the research, design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems for semiconductor manufacturing. The engineer will work on architecture design, logic design, and system simulation while evaluating the process flow from high-level designs to synthesis and timing analysis. • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL.
• Experience in RTL design and coding.
• Scripting experience with Python or Perl.
• Familiarity with ASIC design tools such as synthesis, simulation, equivalence checking, and static timing analysis.
• Experience in Unix or Linux environments.

• Define module interfaces and formats for simulation.
