AMD is seeking a MTS Product Development Engineer to develop and test electrical and electronic components for semiconductor products. This role involves managing product activities from definition through production and distribution. The engineer will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to solve moderate scope problems.

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience is acceptable.
• Experience in ASIC design and design flows for chip verification.
• Proficiency in ASIC design tools and front-end EDA tools.

• Develop and test electrical and electronic components for semiconductor products.
• Design, develop, and manage product activities from planning through production.
• Serve as a central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing teams.
• Work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of various factors.
• Utilize knowledge of computers and electronics in the design and testing of AMD products.
