Job description
The Tech Advisory & Delivery Manager at BCG Platinion is responsible for leading complex projects that drive digital transformation for clients. This role combines consulting expertise with technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Managers will work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to create strategies for change and optimize IT practices. The position requires strong leadership skills to mentor junior team members while also contributing as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, or a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, or professional software development.
- Preferred experience with AI product management and AI platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex modules within BCG projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and create strategies for change.
- Support and coach junior team members while serving as an individual contributor.
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered products within various business domains.
- Facilitate technical and strategic working sessions with clients and internal teams.
