• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience, or Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience, or High School Diploma and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years experience with digital hardware/software, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging.
• 2+ years experience in a lab or production environment.
• 2+ years experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
• 2+ years experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
• 2+ years experience of hands-on experience working with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• 2+ years experience with circuit and system level tests, including set-up and execution of automated tests.
• Good communication and excellent organizational skills.

• Apply basic design troubleshooting rules and processes for electronic hardware and integrated circuitry.
• Read device specification sheets and interpret details required to validate hardware design features.
• Identify ways to optimize tests and hardware designs by evaluating device performance.
• Assist in assessing complex design features to identify potential flaws and compliance issues.
• Document essential details of materials, components, chipsets, and assemblies for a device.
• Troubleshoot common issues with product designs and suggest possible solutions.
• Provide basic technical input and support for internal customers.
• Act as a tech lead on small projects with minimal guidance.
• Assist in conducting specialized analysis under the direction of more experienced engineers.
• Interface with various cross-functional teams to improve yield, productivity, and quality.
