Job description
The role involves independently planning and executing responsibilities related to the architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing performance and power of GPU cores. The individual will work within the GPU ASICS Engineering team at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and will be responsible for building functional modeling simulations and developing software tools for various graphics workloads. Additionally, the role includes running benchmarks for different applications and performing pre- and post-silicon verification to ensure performance and power goals are met. The candidate will also contribute significantly during design reviews and project meetings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree field.
- Experience in architecting and designing GPU cores.
- Proficiency in performance and power optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform responsibilities related to GPU core architecting and design.
- Build functional modeling simulations and develop software tools for graphics workloads.
