The Structural Engineering Intern will join the team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, focusing on innovative solutions for various structural projects, including bridges and infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application while working under the guidance of experienced engineers. Interns will engage in design, analysis, and maintenance tasks for both private and public sector clients. • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Structural Engineering
• At least a rising Junior status in their academic program
• Knowledge of bridge design practices through work experience, internships, or college coursework
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Office Suite
• Previous experience with structural engineering software is preferred but not required

• Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for bridges and other infrastructure projects
• Perform evaluations of structures with varying degrees of complexity
• Prepare plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates under the supervision of experienced engineers
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create structural models
• Contribute to the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
