Job description

As a Qualcomm Camera Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative camera systems that enhance everyday experiences through advanced imaging technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in camera hardware or systems design and optimization.
  • 1+ year of experience in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
  • 1+ year of experience in Image Signal Processing design, development, implementation, and verification.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Camera Engineering knowledge to assist in the research, design, development, verification, debugging, implementation, and validation of camera systems.
  • Assist in performing architecture, IQ modules, algorithm, and feature decomposition that meet requirements for hardware development.
  • Ensure that image quality, system performance, and ISP area and power metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and optimize camera systems, hardware, and software.
  • Write technical documentation and feature descriptions for complex Camera projects.
