Job description
The Global IT Software Engineer Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group will focus on the development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI tools and IT solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative software solutions that align with BCG's business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of AI applications and work closely with various stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in software development or IT operations.
- Proven experience in implementing AI-driven applications and SaaS solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience with systems design, design patterns, and integration best practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure as code.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Generative AI applications and IT tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Administer and configure AI-powered SaaS tools for secure deployment.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to enterprise AI tools.
- Support proof-of-concept projects to explore innovative technologies.
- Continuously assess and optimize software architecture for scalability and reliability.
- Document designs, development processes, and best practices.
