Job description
The AI Tech Architect role at BCG Platinion focuses on leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative technology solutions for clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic partnership with senior stakeholders to optimize IT architectures and drive digital transformation. The team is dedicated to overcoming complex challenges and implementing best practices in IT. Successful candidates will be comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 3+ years in architecture discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies, integration methodologies, and data analytics.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative teams to design solution, application, and data architecture.
- Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, restructuring IT processes and organization.
- Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing quality assurance oversight.
- Drive innovation by uncovering novel ideas and transformative solutions.
