• 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of system implementation execution.
• Experience leading teams of 2-5 resources onsite and 5-10 offshore.
• Understanding and hands-on usage of AI-based delivery capabilities for configuration and code development acceleration.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
• Previous experience with S/4 HANA financial application modules and supporting reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in S4 configuration and programming skills like CDS views.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules such as FICO, AP, AR, or Group Reporting/BPC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in the finance modules.

• Act as a team lead in understanding the SAP module and guiding practitioners in delivering work products.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
• Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, and complete the functional design of the solution.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions.
• Complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution is delivered on-time and on-budget to client satisfaction.
