Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced technical execution leader to drive post-silicon activities for complex server products. The role involves collaborating with world-class engineers to optimize server-class solutions for data-center products. Candidates will need to develop a deep understanding of product architecture and coordinate execution across various engineering teams. This high visibility position is crucial for the successful commercialization of products while meeting stringent quality targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
• 10+ years of experience in silicon, systems, hardware, or server product development or commercialization.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in a post-silicon technical execution role driving data-center projects from initial power-on through product commercialization.
• Proven ability to drive execution across matrixed teams and communicate technical status and risks clearly.

• Develop an intimate understanding of the product’s architecture, design, and performance targets.
• Provide technical oversight for the development of silicon validation plans.
• Work with partner teams to define execution plans for critical post-silicon milestones.
• Drive post-silicon execution and issue triage in partnership with various teams.
• Communicate technical status, progress, risks, and required actions to leadership and stakeholders.
