• 3+ years of work experience, including 1+ year of system implementation execution.
• Experience with coordinating within a team environment both onsite and offshore.
• Understanding and hands-on usage of AI-based delivery capabilities for configuration and code development acceleration.
• Previous experience with S/4 HANA financial application modules and supporting reporting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in the finance modules.

• Act as a team lead in understanding the SAP module and leading practitioners in delivering work products.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
• Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, and complete the functional design of the solution.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions.
• Complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Design and develop SAP Analysis Office workbooks and reports to meet business needs.
