The role of Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting at EY focuses on delivering pharmaceutical forecasts at global, regional, and country levels. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional team to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on business needs. This position requires strong expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting and the ability to develop and enhance forecasting models. • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, and business analysis within the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytical activities.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases, or other pharmaceutical domains.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting, providing actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to solve forecasting challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models, recommending appropriate assumptions and methodologies.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
