The Global Banking & Markets - Finance & Franchise Management team is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join the Equities Management team. This role involves partnering with Equities leadership to identify strategic opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage data and AI tools to solve complex business problems and improve commercial impact. Candidates should be eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment and contribute to shaping Goldman Sachs' forward strategy.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably related to Equities Sales & Trading
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and products
- Strong academic background with interest in diverse subject areas
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in applying emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic workflow tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess strategic opportunities within the Equities Management team
- Drive initiatives across the business and client franchise
