The role of Manager in the Deal Technology team at EY Parthenon focuses on preparing and executing separation and integration plans for clients. This position requires managing diverse teams and delivering quality client services while cultivating long-term relationships. The Manager will also identify value enhancement opportunities and advise on risk mitigation strategies. This is a full-time position based in New York, with a strong emphasis on operational-focused projects across various sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of work experience.
• 3 years of experience in making detailed assessments of technology, finance, operations or supply chain infrastructure, with 2 years focused on integration or separation of client operations.
• 2 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• 2 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• 1 year of experience with IT pre-deal and post-deal due diligence.
• 2 years of experience in at least two specified IT areas such as IT risk assessment, IT strategy, or IT operations.

• Prepare and execute separation and integration plans for clients.
