Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA or MS is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and client interactions.
- Proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform agreed-upon procedures to help clients execute securitization transactions successfully.
- Manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Counsel and mentor junior consultants within the team.
- Develop, maintain, and build long-term client relationships and networks.
