Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related role, or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields and two years of experience.
  • Experience performing statistically driven analysis using various data analytical techniques.
  • Experience creating, developing, and enhancing financial models.
  • Proficiency in visualizing complex data analyses using tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience leveraging analytics and automation to enhance testing and sampling strategies.
  • Experience developing processes and tools to monitor data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and monitor areas of risk related to business processes and controls.
  • Determine, negotiate, and agree on firm/business quality procedures and standards.
  • Assess business requirements and ensure they are met while acting as a catalyst for change.
  • Establish effective supervisory structures and governance forums.
  • Attend regular risk meetings to review exceptions and identify potential risks.
  • Share risk best practices across teams and functions to ensure effective controls.
  • Assess Inherent Risks and Residual Risks to reflect the current risk environment.
  • Define thematic RCSA issues to structure remediation plans for significant risks.
  • Socialize lessons learned to improve the risk and control framework.
