The Senior Analyst role in the Lifecycle Management team focuses on third-party risk management within Global Procurement. This position requires collaboration with various functions across the firm to ensure compliance with the third-party risk framework. The team plays a critical role in protecting the firm while enabling business activities, ensuring vendor usage is authorized and compliant with policies. The role also involves managing TPRM business processes and engaging with stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or global risk program design.
- Strong risk management and control mindset.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Third-Party Risk Management policies and standards.
- Address stakeholder inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Monitor queues and complete tasks across all vendor workflows in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships firmwide by advising internal stakeholders on third-party risk requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation by identifying operational gaps.
