The role is for a Manager in the SAP Plant Maintenance team at EY, focusing on providing clients with insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. The Manager will lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope while managing diverse teams. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills to facilitate workshops and provide user training.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience in system analysis, design, and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance modules.
• Must have 4 years of experience in data migration, data mapping, and data transformation processes.
• Must have 1 year of experience in managing SAP Plant Maintenance projects or workstreams.
• Must have 4 years of experience with SAP PM integrations with other SAP modules.
• Must have 2 years of experience leading workshops and client-facing presentations.
• Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions.
