As a Solution Architect specializing in Infrastructure for IBM Z at IBM Expert Labs, you will design and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with clients to modernize critical workloads and integrate advanced IBM Z technologies. This role involves assessing client needs and defining innovative infrastructure technology solutions that align with their business goals. You will be part of a team focused on creating repeatable architecture patterns and automation for scalable deployment.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Skills and knowledge in IBM's Infrastructure technologies, specifically IBM System Z.
• Experience in building credibility and service orientation with client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Work closely with IBM Z clients to understand their challenges and develop transformative solutions.
• Create IBM zTPS solutions using robust toolsets for application development and modernization.
• Collaborate with the IBM Z sales team to respond to client opportunities with accurate proposals.
• Lead client workshops to influence stakeholders and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Identify solution patterns including software configuration and systems architecture.
