The Systems Process Engineer will focus on optimizing software and systems processes for product self-test scripts and the internal GUID tool. This role aims to enhance efficiency and reliability in service activities related to Megapack and Supercharger procedures. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that tooling and processes are effective and that field operations are supported by robust software solutions. The position requires a blend of software engineering skills and an understanding of field technician workflows.

• A background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with real software skills.
• Experience in test automation and software-as-process fluency.
• Proven software product development instincts with a history of shipping user-facing tools or field software.
• Literacy in user profiles and field behavior, designing for technician workflows under site constraints.
• Ability to quantify labor, first-pass yield, and ROI to prioritize shipping decisions.
• Comfort with rapid BETA field trials and global rollout under change control.
