• 5-7 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting.
• Deep domain expertise in order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, or collision repair.
• Proven ability to work with multiple operations and engineering teams.
• Exceptional soft skills including clear communication and stakeholder management.
• Bias for action and comfort in making decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong tactical execution skills with a focus on results.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with status reporting and executive communication.

• Lead end-to-end programs across order-to-delivery, fulfillment, service, and collision repair.
