Tesla is seeking driven Software Engineers to join its Infotainment Applications Engineering team, which focuses on creating user interfaces and applications for the Cybercab and Full Self-Driving experience. The role involves transforming the vehicle cabin into an autonomous environment that enhances customer interaction with Tesla products. Engineers will work on various aspects of in-car experiences, including media streaming, navigation, and user interface design. • Proficient in C++
• Excellent grasp of fundamental Computer Science concepts
• Experience writing and shipping customer-facing code
• Willingness to learn new technologies in any area of the stack
• Experience working with multithreaded applications
• Experience with high-performance web development frameworks such as Svelte or ReactJS
• Strong Software Engineering skills and excellent interpersonal communication
• High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Experience building state-of-the-art user interfaces and/or acclaimed consumer-facing applications
• Aptitude for implementing intuitive, fluid user experiences

• Rapidly prototype in-car customer experiences
• Design, code, and debug UI interfaces and architectures
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers, Game Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Designers
• Be responsible for the look and feel of the user experience, architecture, and front-end graphics
