We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Drive Inverter Reliability Test Team, focusing on the latest technology in drive inverters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly in inverter design and testing. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and performance of drive inverters used in cutting-edge electric vehicle technology. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address reliability issues and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inverter design and testing
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor components, particularly MOSFETs and IGBTs
• Proven experience in the design and testing of inverter circuits
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, DMMs, hipot testers, and source meters
• Familiarity with electronic design software such as Altium and LTspice
• Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry with electric drive systems
• Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and standards

• Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for drive inverters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues
• Utilize electronic design software to simulate and troubleshoot inverter circuits
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers and Technicians
• Prepare and present detailed reports on test findings and recommendations
