The Intelligence Lead Analyst is a key global role within Citi Security and Investigative Services, focusing on insider threats and investigative intelligence. This position involves producing data-driven analyses to identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, misconduct, and insider threats. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and participation in industry groups to enhance the organization's intelligence capabilities. • Experience conducting investigative, intelligence, or insider threat functions within a corporate, government, or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting and overseeing investigations and delivering meaningful post-investigation analysis.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex and sensitive information into actionable mitigation strategies and executive-level communications.
• Experience influencing outcomes through collaboration and credible risk-based insights.
• Data Analytics experience.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Produce investigative intelligence and insider threat analyses, ensuring comprehensive post-investigation analysis is conducted.
• Identify root causes, systemic gaps, and lessons learned from investigations.
• Drive the integration of analytical findings into preventive controls and long-term mitigation strategies.
• Understand insider risk taxonomies and support the development of a program for prevention, detection, and remediation of insider threats.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in industry groups and benchmarking activities to facilitate information-sharing.
