This position is for a Non-Production Management Technical L2 SRE Analyst within the North America DevOps team, focusing on Global Consumer Group applications. The ideal candidate will possess experience with North America Consumer applications and a keen interest in automation and artificial intelligence technologies. This role emphasizes technical leadership, requiring strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Daily collaboration with Development Teams and other Production Management teams is essential to ensure system stability and service improvements.

• 5 - 7 years of environment support experience with North America Consumer applications.
• Solid ITIL Foundation understanding.
• Engineering background in system administration, development, DevOps, or equivalent field.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels.
• Experience in observability skills, such as Google Cloud Observability and Grafana.
• Competent with cloud concepts, including API, web services, and microservices.
• Strong analytical, algorithmic, and critical thinking skills.
• Certification in Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Cloud and Generative AI Learning Certification.

• Provide expertise related to various Distributed Consumer Applications across multiple Lines of Business in North America.
• Enable Production management processes in non-production environments to ensure stability.
• Execute robust service readiness and facilitate standard toolset adoption for all services.
• Act as L2 support for Problem management, Risk management, and Change management.
• Partner with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to improve resolution rates and efficiency targets.
• Identify and lead the implementation of Service Automation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Conduct blameless problem management and develop executive briefings for major incidents.
• Create PMR for P1/P2 incidents and ensure closure on actions.
• Create Operational readiness documents for major initiatives and provide seamless handover to production teams.
• Accountable for end-to-end service health of NAM Core space and overall monitoring usage.
