Citi is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner with a strong background in financial services Risk & Compliance and Generative AI capabilities. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, particularly in enterprise data, identity and access management, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will engage stakeholders, influence decision-making, and work with technology teams to drive priorities and deliver innovative solutions in an Agile environment. The position focuses on defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrable domain expertise in Risk & Compliance within financial services.
• Proven experience with Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architectures and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments with a deep understanding of Agile principles.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, including managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse technology teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and forward-thinking.

• Analyze complex business problems within Risk & Compliance and identify opportunities for leveraging Generative AI.
• Evaluate and articulate the business value of Generative AI solutions to address specific business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IAM and security teams to define requirements for secure authentication and access controls.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and cybersecurity experts.
• Serve as the Product Owner for Agile development teams, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities.
• Analyze existing business processes and application workflows for improvement and automation.
• Partner closely with developers and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create clear documentation, including business cases and functional specifications.
