The position requires the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment while fostering collaboration across teams.

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in project or program management
• Solid understanding of system architecture and design trade-offs
• Proven ability to lead and resolve conflicts within large teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in hands-on software development or data science

• Define customer success and key performance indicators for Apple products
• Drive cross-functional programs focused on measuring success
