Job description
This role involves leading the design and implementation of CPU and SoC power management software for Apple's new product platforms. The position is highly visible and requires collaboration with hardware and system teams to optimize power management features from pre-silicon to commercial release. Requirements
- Expertise in embedded software development using C or C++
- Expertise in writing and debugging complex OS device and kernel drivers
- Experience in embedded SoC architectures and hardware/software dependencies
- Experience in new platform or silicon bring-up
- Experience in SoC and/or System Power Management
- Demonstrated innovative, critical thinking and debugging skills
- Highly professional with the ability to deliver work on tight schedules
- Excellent collaborative skills
