• BS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Data Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience writing high-performance server software on Linux/Unix
• Proficiency in two of the following languages: C/C++, Go, Python, Java, Scala
• Experience with real-time ingestion pipelines
• 2+ years of industry-related experience in collaborative environments
• Experience with utilizing PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for training and deploying deep learning models
• Experience with RESTful services and supporting production environments

• Develop systems to understand user queries and intents
• Retrieve and rank documents to enhance user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to create rich user experiences
• Design and manage real-time data ingestion pipelines
• Contribute to horizontal efforts in data generation and evaluation
• Analyze search ranking and relevance requirements, identifying issues and opportunities
