As a Frontend Engineer on Apple Services Engineering, you will be responsible for building customer-facing user experiences for widely used subscription services. The team focuses on creating secure, high-quality interfaces that are fast, accessible, and visually appealing. You will work with modern web technologies and collaborate closely with design, product, and backend engineers. This role emphasizes attention to detail and a commitment to performance and accessibility in large-scale applications.

• Experience building complex, large-scale production applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript or TypeScript component framework, such as Svelte, React, or Vue.
• Experience writing maintainable CSS at scale, including preprocessors or modern CSS tooling.
• Working knowledge of the modern frontend toolchain, including Node.js and module bundlers.
• Experience writing automated tests for frontend code using frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
• Demonstrated craft and a high quality bar, with strong attention to detail in shipped user interfaces.
• Depth in web performance and accessibility, including WCAG-aligned practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills spanning build tooling and network behavior.
• Experience with Svelte and building or maintaining shared component libraries.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated ownership with a history of driving commitments to completion.
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, and experience integrating AI-driven features into web interfaces.
