The Apple Cloud UI team is seeking a talented frontend-focused Software Engineer to enhance the cloud portal experience. This role involves collaborating with designers and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user experience and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code. • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience building complex web applications with a focus on user experience.
• Experience implementing APIs in user interfaces.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Node and full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain features for the cloud portal using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with HI designers to translate designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop timelines and roadmaps.
• Act as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for projects, taking ownership from conception to deployment.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of internal frontend tooling.
• Explore and prototype new technologies, including GenAI, to improve workflows and products.
